I had issues when I first got mine and I thought it was the dfi sensor but just ended up I had to take out the "key" that's in the back and I think there was a cover that was unnecessary too on the inside.We understand how confusing this could be, but actually the connect version of the Litter-Robot uses a new model of the DFI sensor that only has one not two lenses as the older model.
