It's a new sensor. My boost pressure sensor shows 0 with engine off. Thanks. I sometimes see that on ISX's, it will be 28 to 30 at key-on. Normally that means the pressure tubes are plugged-up, they need to be removed from the engine & cleaned. I spray brake cleaner through those metal tubes until the're clean.. Danny summers
